A few years ago I had a fair amount of super hot local green pods that never had a chance to ripen before our season ended, as well as some extra jalapeños and serranos. So I blended them all together and the mix turned out great! The mix varies a bit by what I have but always includes mild, medium, and super hot peppers!

Ingredients: mix of hot green chiles, white vinegar, onion,  garlic, local honey, salt

Amazing flavor with great heat!

I poured this all over my chicken like it was a standard verde sauce. I took a big bite and my mouth was immediately rocked with great heat and amazing flavor! This sauce is a true masterpiece! I will definitely order this again and again!

The best thing since sliced bread.

I’m addicted. This hot sauce is amazing. So much flavor and heat. I enjoy trying other Julz creations but this one is always in my fridge.
