This sauce came about because over the winter, I had been supplementing my NC grown hot pepper pods with additional ones from Baker's Peppers, and had been receiving a good amount of Pepper B pods. I also had a fair amount of local green reapers and ghost pods that never had a chance to ripen before our season ended. So, my original intention was for this to be a SUPER hot sauce, but it somewhat mellowed out to a 6 or 7 out of 10. Still some heat and of course great flavor!
