Winner! Second place in the Verde hot sauce category at the 2021 NC Hot Sauce
A few years ago I had a fair amount of super hot local green pods that never had a chance to ripen before our season ended, as well as some extra jalapeños and serranos. So I blended them all together and the mix turned out great! The mix varies a bit by what I have but always includes mild, medium, and super hot peppers!
Ingredients: mix of hot green chiles, white vinegar, onion, garlic, local honey, salt
