This sauce has paper lantern habaneros, which are a bit hotter than the typical hab.

This is my husband's favorite hot sauce that I make!

Ingredients: local chiles: paper lantern habaneros, jalapeños; distilled vinegar, local onion, salt, local honey, garlic

Just hot enough to bite back but not hot enough to make me stop. Love this stuff.
