People at pop up events tend to buy a lot of this sauce. It's super hot, but still flavorful, and it won't knock you over.

Ingredients:  local peppers: Carolina reapers, jalapeños, serranos; vinegar, local onion, garlic, salt, local honey

Surprisingly good!

I do hot sauce reviews on my YouTube channel, and I have always preached to the rafters; "Some hot sauces have heat but no flavor, and vice versa." Not this sauce, it has good heat and good flavor. I definitely recommend this sauce!
