Just one of my scorpion pepper sauces. There are so many variants on the scorpion pepper that lead to different, interesting sauces.

Ingredients: local peppers: Trinidad yellow scorpions, yellow fatalli, banana peppers; vinegar, onion, garlic, salt, local honey
