Just one of my scorpion pepper sauces. There are so many variants on the scorpion pepper that lead to different, interesting sauces.

Ingredients:  local peppers: Trinidad yellow scorpions, yellow fatalli, banana peppers; vinegar, onion, garlic, salt, local honey

Heat level: 9/10

Beautiful Sauce

Well made sauce; excellent pour that clings to the food you apply it to. I love the slightly sweet fruity taste that I’ve never experienced with other scorpion sauces. I’m normally not a fan of the taste of scorpion peppers but this sauce is different and I love it. The heat for me is a 5/10 but my tolerance is pretty high. Flavor is 11/10. Highly recommend you buy this sauce.
